eCommerce Coordinator

The eCommerce Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations and service of Telegram Co’s eCommerce platforms and the customer experience, primarily milligram.com, but also inclusive of LAMY Shop, Addition Studio, Moleskine and Shopify POS. This includes maintaining product listings in line with the Critical Path, creating a range of informative, conversion-driven on-site content, and managing pricing and merchandising.

The eCommerce Coordinator works alongside the eCommerce Manager in ensuring that milligram.com is performing at capacity, which includes driving organic traffic, conversion optimization initiatives, actively engaging with external agencies, and working to improve site SEO.
